Hi, my name is Katie Anne Prince, and I am primarily a Buyer’s Agent for McCarthy Realty, Brokerage. I love helping clients find their dream home in whatever capacity that may be. Whether it is you FIRST Dream Home, or you NEXT Dream Home, I am here for it!
I have also had some experience with listings of my own, helping sellers get their homes SOLD for the best price and in a timely manner in all different kinds of markets. As we all know, the Real Estate Market has a mind of its own and I love being able to help transition sellers through all stages of the selling and listing process.
I have a background in Accounting, after graduating from Georgian College for Business Administration-Accounting. I have used these skills to manage a busy local sign shop in Shelburne for the last 5 years and again now, as I help manage my brokerage, McCarthy Realty.
After taking the Real Estate Course, I quickly realized that this is my TRUE CALLING. I am rounding on my third full year as an agent and I have loved every second of it!
I am able to draw from all of my past experiences to help me grow in my career as a local Real Estate Agent.
