Full-Time Licensed Real Estate Assistant

The Marg McCarthy Real Estate Team is growing and is currently seeking a Licensed Assistant to join Our Team as administrative support, an individual who loves the administrative side of Real Estate (Who may not love the selling) Someone who can work directly with and assist our busy Broker of Record and our Successful small Brokerage.

The Licensed Assistant will work on a one on one basis on a variety of tasks related to Real Estate Business: including loading listings, writing contracts, CMA’s, scheduling appointments, and running reports. To be successful in this role you should be well organized, have great time management skills, work well within a team and be able to act without guidance. You will contribute to the success and growth of our busy brokerage. Minimum 1-year Licensed Real Estate experience or involvement. Administrative background knowledge/experience, Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Lone Wolf programs, STRATUS & MATRIX, Geowarehouse & Docusign an asset. Monday to Friday with occasional weekends required. Own vehicle required.

Salary: $20 to $25/hour

Experience:

Administration: 2 years

Administrative Duties:

  • Receiving and Responding to Emails
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors, Following up with Clients and Suppliers
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Charts and presentations
  • Knowledge of Matrix and Stratus systems, Docusign,
  • Assist Broker of Record in all Sales and Administrative support duties
  • Prepare Offers/Leases/Listing Agreements using Webforms software
  • Creating CMA
  • Oversee general office administration including the confirmation and cancellation of property showings using Showing Time booking software
  • Prioritize assigned tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive work environment
  • Support all aspects of Buyer and Seller client/customer service
  • Input & Update listing information into MLS and Marketing Websites
  • Order photos and Video tours for various listings through a third party
  • Assist Broker, Agent (s) with the preparation and collection of FINTRAC forms
  • Manage/Update client information into Client Database System
  • Prepare & Maintain all Buyer & Seller Consultation and Information Packages
  • Follow-Up Inbound Leads from Websites, Social Media & other online sources.
  • Client Walk Throughs, Home inspection monitoring, Sign and lock box install and pickup
  • Deliver and pick up of deposits and payments
  • Various other administrative duties

The Administrative Assistant will work as support to our Team, working on a variety of tasks related to Real Estate Business: including scheduling appointments, answering phones, replying to inquiries and supporting the sales staff. To be successful in this role you should be well organized, have great time management skills, work well within a team and be able to act without guidance. You will contribute to the success and growth of our busy brokerage. Minimum Two-year administrative experience required and one-year Real Estate background, knowledge/experience Preferred. Have a Working knowledge of office administration, Word, Excel, Lone Wolf programs, STRATUS & MATRIX, Geowarehouse & Docusign an asset. Monday to Friday with occasional weekends required. Own vehicle required.

Salary: $16 to $18/hour
