Hi! My name is Meg Schaefer! SO nice to meet you! I was born and raised in Dufferin County. I like to bring a passion for the rural areas surrounding Shelburne to the Team and I am always striving to help clients with all their real estate needs! I am a mother of 2 and I really appreciate the needs of a family or those looking to find a property to grow in!

I have experience in social media and all things “internet” which lead me into the Operations role here at McCarthy Realty which covers everything from Marketing, internal processes and procedures all the way to recruiting, training and day to day office tasks! I am creative with graphics and copy and I maintain our brokerage and listings online presence. I’m told I have a knack for technology so I am the one who puts our systems in place and is in charge of agent training. Having a diploma in Comedy Writing and Performance which I have found helps me with writing copy and dealing with stressful situations!
