At the beginning of 2023, Ryan and his team came through for us in a huge way. Not only were we impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail, Ryan went above and beyond for us in selling our first home. We were able to sell in a very tight timeline (if memory serves correct we were listed for less than a week and closed shortly thereafter), and we sold over asking.
